What is SLAT? 

 

As we said, if you wish to study an undergraduate course, you will have to appear for an entrance test. SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) is an entrance examination conducted for studying in one of the 7 colleges of SIU (Symbiosis International University).

Who all can apply for SLAT?

 

There are some basic requirements for SLAT. You will require a score of 50% aggregate in your class 12 or equivalent exam. In case if you come from any of the reserved categories you will get a 5% relaxation, which means you will need to have an aggregate of 45% in class 12 or equivalent.

 

Foreign student but want to study at Symbiosis?

 

Those students who are not Indian citizens but wish to come to India for study, need to have completed 12th standard (or equivalent exam) from their birth-country or wherever they have studied (whichever board functions there). Along with this, they will have to procure an equivalent certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) which is not very difficult to get.

 

 

What is the SLAT 2021 syllabus?

 

There will be 5 papers for SLAT symbiosis. These will be on Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, General English, Analytical Reasoning and General Knowledge.
