Appear for SET - Make the Dream of Studying in Symbiosis Come True


Entrance exams - often dreaded and hated by the masses. Although, many are of the opinion that entrance exams are unnecessary and should be eliminated, there’s another side of the story. Entrance exams, how much gruesome they appear, are extremely essential to be a part of the education system. Admissions on the basis of entrance exams have been a part of the Indian education system since a long time. From undergraduate admissions entrance exam to postgraduate ones, it is essential that individuals are evaluated before they gain an admission in a particular institute. We just cannot turn a blind eye towards the importance of entrance exams. The entrance exam for Symbiosis undergraduate programs is called SET. Conducted every year, the Symbiosis Entrance Test is taken by thousands of youngsters all around the world. Through SET a candidate can apply in 14 undergraduate institutes of Symbiosis.

SET is 150 minutes objective test which is conducted in two sessions with a total of five question papers. A candidate can opt for one paper in each session and the best part is the test does not bear any negative marking. The test is divided into 5 different parts, which are, general, design, law, engineering, and health sciences. This Symbiosis admission test is conducted in 21 cities all over India, giving a chance to students from every corner of India to appear for the test.

To register for SET 2017, the students can visit the SET website and fill in the necessary information. With it the candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1500 and the payment can be done online, through cash or by demand draft. The last day of registration for SET is 13th April, 2017 and the last day of payment is 17th April 2017. The test is on the 6th of May and the results will be declared by May 19th, 2017.
